Your Tapfolio card arrives with a unique claim code printed on the packaging. The code links you permanently to that card.

Enter your claim code at tapfolio.shop/c/[code] and create your account. The card is now yours — no one else can claim it.
Upload your resume and photo
Drop in your resume (PDF) and a profile photo. Our AI reads your resume and structures your work history, skills, education, and achievements automatically.
Review and publish your profile
Your AI-generated profile appears in seconds. Review every section, edit anything you like, add links, and publish when you're ready.

Hold your card near the back of a phone. NFC triggers instantly and their browser opens your profile. No app on either side, no friction.
What's under the hood
Tapfolio cards contain a passive NFC chip — a chip that requires no battery. When a phone's NFC reader energises the chip (by being held close to it), the chip broadcasts a URL. The phone's operating system picks up the URL and opens it in the browser.
That URL resolves to your unique Tapfolio profile, which is hosted on our servers and served as a fast, mobile-optimised page. We do not use a native app, so there is nothing for your contact to install — and the page loads in under a second on a standard connection.
On the software side, our AI pipeline parses your uploaded resume using a combination of structured text extraction and a large language model fine-tuned for professional biography formatting. The result is structured profile data that populates your page sections automatically, formatted consistently regardless of the layout of your original document.
Your profile updates live. Edit a section at any time and your card immediately points to the new version — there is no need to reprint, reorder, or re-share a link.
Privacy and control
Your profile is only visible to the public after you choose to publish it. Before publication, it exists only in your dashboard. You can unpublish it at any time, and you can control exactly which sections are visible versus kept private.
